If you’ve read about SiQ, you will get a better idea of the FIT score. In this FIT score, we talk about the Frequency, Intensity and Tenacity one needs to address in order to improve their FIT levels. 

Frequency – Increase your frequency to get up every time you experience failure. Resilience means to get up again and again and again until you achieve. But, it’s easier said than done! You can get dejected just as easily by the words of those who should have believed in you but did not. Rather, they may tell you things like – “Maybe it wasn’t meant to be”, “you are not capable enough” or “There’s no other way”. So, every time you feel the need to quit after a failure, pull yourself up and increase your frequency of resilience.

Intensity – Don’t just get up! Get up with increased vigor to win again. Your intensity should be like that of setting a catapult as low as you can. So, when you shoot from it, it goes higher up and hits the target. That’s the level of intensity you need when you have to develop resilience.

Tenacity – Tenacity refers to holding on to that pull of resilience. Reach out to your belief systems as much as you can to hold on to them so that you can get up again. Make sure to not fall back down. Tenacity is your passion and your strong willingness to put aside the negativity and hold on to your dreams and goals as best you can.
